Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agreed to adhere to the following terms and conditions. We are committed to making your shopping experience enjoyable. Please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase.

Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agreed to adhere to the following terms and conditions. We do not cancel any orders once fulfilled from our end.

Returns and Refunds:

Return Request: We accept returns for goods once they have been sold (except our Products on sale, hand embroidered tops, and Signature Pads). If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to request a return within 3 days from delivery. Item(s) must be sent back in sale-able condition, in its original packaging with tags attached. The item must be new, not worn, unaltered, and free of any odours or fragrances.
If item(s) do not fit these requirements, it will be sent back to the customer at his/her expense. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in sale-able condition. Please submit a request at contact@shopallstella.com within 3 days of delivery or login with your email and raise a return request from your orders. -
Refund Method: Upon approving your return request, we will issue your refund to your bank account equal to the value of your original purchase minus Rs. 150 for prepaid orders and minus Rs. 225 for COD orders. The deductions are to cover our cost of return shipping and operations.
Exchanges:
We offer hassle-free exchanges to all our customers who have purchased our clothing items (except our Products on sale, hand embroidered tops, and Signature Pads).
- You can request for an exchange by emailing us on contact@shopallstella.com within 3 days of delivery. We will schedule a return pickup for you.
The item must be new, not worn, unaltered, and free of any odours or fragrances. If item(s) do not fit these requirements, it will be sent back to the customer at his/her expense. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in sale-able condition.
Upon confirming that the item meets the criteria, your new requested item will be shipped to you. You can even request a digital gift card in exchange for the item if you do not feel like purchasing something else at that moment.
In case you'd like to exchange your ordered item for an item of different value,
- Scenario A: Customer exchanges the product for another product valued higher than their original ordered product, they must pay the balance amount to us.
- Scenario B: Customer exchanges the product for another product valued lower than their original ordered product, we will issue a gift card to the customer of the remainder amount.
An order once exchanged is not liable for a return or a second exchange.
SALE ITEMS
All the sale, discounted, bought with a gift voucher purchases are non-returnable, non-refundable & size exchange is not possible.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If you have received a damaged or wrong product, please email us immediately on contact@shopallstella.com. You will receive an email notification once your item is received back at our Mumbai distribution centre. Please allow 7-14 business days for all exchanges to be processed.
